Terms of Use

Booking of Flowers-

  1. All the products are indicative, the arrangements will be delivery with same value may be of better style and different flowers in case of flower arrangements.
  2. Book flower 2 days earlier for best quality and timely delivery of flowers.
  3. Flowers booked before 12.00 PM are only delivered on the same day.
  4. Please Specify the correct delivery and billing address with Landmark nearby.
  5. Provide Contact No. Of Recipient to make sure flowers are delivered in right hands.
  6. The owners of the site retain the right to refuse any order unconditionally.
  7. During Mass demand days like X-Mas, New year Diwali, Valentine orders will be booked 3 days in advance.

Delivery of Flowers-

  1. On specific occasions like x-mas gifting, new year gifting only etc. Order delivery may be delay due to mass orders.
  2. For flower delivery at to hospitals or other time bound institution time should be specified.
  3. If recipient door is closed. Entry is restricted by security personnel then Flowers will be dropped at security cabin only and order will be treated as delivered.
  4. Mid-night delivery and early morning delivery will not be delivered.
  5. Address if not located and recipients contact number is not available then order will be treated as delivered.
  6. In case of flowers delivery at hotels if recipient has not checked in then flowers will e left at reception and treated as order is executed. Also, if recipient has checked out before delivery of flowers then also order will be treated as executed.
  7. For delivery of gift items to Wedding Ceremonies/ Marriage Halls, we may not be able to assure the delivery to the bride and/or bride-groom because of non-accessibility of our delivery team to the couple. However, we shall ensure that the delivery is made to one of the responsible member of host. Also, if possible we shall provide you with the name of the recipient through our order confirmation mail.
  8. In case of floods/ Heavy Rains/ National Bandh we reserve the right to reschedule the delivery for another date.

Cancellation of Order-

  1. If you want to cancel order please call directly to +919923734737 within four hours of order booking or 12 hrs before delivery of flowers which is earlier. Transaction number is necessary for reference.
  2. Order will not be considered for cancellation in below cases
    • Order not executed due to wrong address.
    • Recipient/ premises is not accessible.
    • Recipient refused to receive flowers.
    • Premises are locked.
    • Recipient has left hotel before delivery time.
  3. Once flowers are out for delivery  cannot be considered for cancellation.

Refund Policy-

  1. For valid cancellation refund of Amount will be done within 48 working hours to booking account.
  2. If quality of flowers is not good or damaged during delivery, please intimate immediately without accepting flowers. With confirmation of delivery boy and your mail with image of flowers you will be refunded back 50% of amount.
  3. We will not entertain complaint after 48 hrs of delivery of order.
